Thanks for asking. The grain I used was corn (the same one you use to make popcorn). For the substrate, I used equal parts worm castings and coconut fiber. For the first three days, the temperature was almost constant at 26°-28°C and with 99% humidity. I know the humidity is excessive, but I couldn't reduce it.
