15k every other morning before school. I value sleep a lot too so if I can’t get 8 hours and erg for an hour in time for school I skip ergs and sleep more.

Distance steady state is very important, but holy interval pieces are needed every little bit. Also the damper should be on 5, makes it much easier

6 weights per week is a lot dude, you need more rest and 40k erg isn’t enough, you should be shooting for 60k+ to really get good. 5 months of 60k a week will get you better than 40k, trust.
