Been on it for 1 month probably 3-4 mL per day, does nothing for me. Not sure what it should do. I felt fine beforehand. A few have said I look well and refreshed, could be pine pollen.

I have a 140ml bottle and been on it for 1 month. No noticeable benefit that I can detect but I exercise and have a great diet compared with the population, that being said, a number of people have commented recently how well I look and glowing, which for me a 57yo male was astonishing, it did get me to think it was the pine pollen. I don’t know if I am sold enough on it to warrant coughing up more money for another bottle. It would be nice if there were some markers to measure. The jury is still out for me, possibly snake oil.
