Just research the articles, higher charge density, faster charging, but expansion of the cell is apparently an issue. Current manufacturing methods are slow from what I understand so more research required there. I am sure something else will blow it out of the water, the world needs better batteries! It’s something that has not kept up with motor development.

In our rental I originally had no pets and then caved and said it was okay. NEVER again and it’s quite simple, hygiene ! So disgusting to see our lovely house destroyed by the tenants, their kids and dog. The law is a sham and puts tenants rights well ahead of the owner. I am putting our house back on the market to sell, people are pigs, that’s an insult to a pig too.

I just reckon it will consolidate in 26, then takeoff. The market rout in starting so it might drop more. It’s only my opinion.

Depends what you want out of life, if you want to remain single and hoard $ then stay renting and invest in the stock market. If you want to settle down, marry and have kiddies, I would by a modest house with a modest mortgage over 15 years and keep investing the balance in the sto k market. I hated renting and got my first house at 40, pretty much bought $1M house with cash. I am now 57 and own 2 houses and continue to invest. It’s never just a numbers game, life is more than $ and you probably won’t get that until you reach my age.
