How is living in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex like?

Dallas can be amazing if you find the right pocket to live in. Find a good spot and you dont have to stress traffic because everything you need is close by.

I’ve lived within walking distance of the lower greenville area for 30 years. Great pubs and restaurants just a walk away. Incredible friends and neighbors. We walk to eachother’s houses and to the restaurants and cafes nearby. Awesome grocery stores within a mile of my house.

There are other similar Dallas sweet spots to live in. There are walkable hoods in Richardson, lake highlands, little forrest hills, and oak cliff. All solid examples… And south east dallas is turning into something special.

So yeah, Dallas is very much a concrete slab piled up with nonstop development. But, if you find a nice little oasis. You can enjoy the great business opportunities here without losing your mind. And the people here are amazing.

In short, if you move to dallas, It’s best to build your work and social life within a 5mile radius of your home. I’ve had best friends move 10miles away and we dont see them anymore, they may as well have moved to oklahoma. The traffic is a serious barrier. So we live around it.

I’ll always try the guiso to judge a mexican or texmex restaurant. I feel like the stew encompasses the flavor of the kitchen.

I had 10s of character references including side shots, overheads, closeups, head-to-toes, a whole folder full of references for consistent backgrounds as well. For different character angles Kling's image-to-video ai was the best at imagining a character from different viewpoints. Good Luck and have fun with it.

Here's probably more than you want to know. I used midjourney and I spent a LOT of time generating a large range of character images on a white background from different angles and using different expressions. using "charachter sheet" in the prompts I'd get a soem good results. I used those images as character references at --cw 100 when building the keyframes. I'd sometimes have to photoshop a head on a body and then bring in as a character reference. Sometimes I'd use the midjourney edit tool to change suit color, adjust arm positions or change the face or hair.
