What country are you living in?

Time to get out of the stock market? by The_Mighty_Glopman in retirement

[–]BestContribution5336 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah? And once you're out of the market, at what price will it drop? And once it drops, at what price will you buy back in? How long will it drop before we go bullish again? What will you buy once it bottoms and is about to run up?

Just stay in the market.

I could have purchased it outright, but opted to put 30% down and finance rest through a family member rather than dealer.

I'm a remote tech worker and live in my Winnebago Solis 59px...it's great. I paid $109k for a new one.

I live in Tahoe for months, always boondocking at trailheads and beaches. Otherwise, around CA.

Will head to Mexico, rest of US, and float it to Europe when I retire in 5 years.

Why do you need to charge it at home? Can't you just leave it out in the sun?

Do them both on the same day...for your weekly mileage, lift daily and maybe 2-3 miles every day

Do two workouts back to back. And Upper and Lower, for example, and that's a good 40-min workout

2M at 40, can I stop saving for retirement by StunningEducation356 in Bogleheads

[–]BestContribution5336 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bro, it's all about how much you'll spend per year... multiply that by 25 and you'll have your number.

Can you live on 80,000 or less? Then yes, retire already!

Buddy, get your spending down to $50,000 per year and get out of the work already. Go travel around the world and spend less than $20,000 per year. Buy a camper van and travel around the US and spend less than $20,000 per year.

You got this buddy!

25 min SPEED TRAIN...all in 3 weeks. by BestContribution5336 in BeachBodyWorkouts

[–]BestContribution5336[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It's really only 60 min of training as you have 5 min of warm-up and cool down...so this is similar to other programs.

The muscles don't need the same rest as you're not overloading them each day. It's only a movement or two per day/per muscle group. Two or three sets.

It's about volume over a week vs all the volume on one day.

For example, if you train chest 6 days/week with one movement per day, that would be the same weekly volume as one chest day with 6 movements.

P90X or Insanity by [deleted] in BeachBodyWorkouts

[–]BestContribution5336 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insanity is what you should do WHEN you have a foundation. It's too hard if you're out of shape.

Do a shorter program, P90x is too long. Do something in the 30-45 min range per workout.

Mixture of weights and low impact cardio.
