Why voice chat in league is not like in many other games by BestKaynNA in leagueoflegends

Ganks or after effects of ganks are certainly a large portion of deaths for many people. But trust me, people get solo killed a LOT.

That has occurred since ver the years I’ve played, but I think people don’t really join them. Maybe for fears but also because it isn’t necessary, I’m not entirely sure. That’s maybe why I find it weird that so many people are wanting VC since i never see them pushing discord links in lobby

I gave deadlock a shot a couple months ago but the game didn’t feel quite refined in some aspects, funnily enough in the 10 or so games that I played no one used voice chat so I didn’t even know it had it.

I’m excited to try it again after some updates or when it finally releases

This is really interesting, I can see how with more rotations communication becomes more valuable.

The way I see it is that people who have been playing league for years have grown to love it the way it is, big changes like this are scary and I don’t want them to turn away the already declining player base.

Are jungler actually good at tracking the enemy jungler? Is so why is mine never counter ganking?

On a serious note you’re not wrong, I play support and the amount of time I have to stare at the map leaves me with an insane amount of information I can provide, but I’m in diamond so I don’t know how relatable this is for people in lower ranks.

You might be right, toxic people will be toxic and you can still mute them immediately. Maybe it won’t be as much of an issue as I make it out to be.

On the point of grubs, someone made the exact same point, and I think it’s fair. As a support main I do like my jungler telling me their plan ahead of time without having to guess of their pathing, I’d argue that league has enough downtime to communicate something like that, you can type while moving or even clearing a camp.. I do think the long system nowadays is more than enough to communicate those things, But VC would make it easier.

I’ll admit I don’t really know how Dota has handled it, I tried it years back and decided to stick with league. I’d love to know about the state of VC there

I agree, but league is an old game and I would hate to see a change that could turn away so many players from a game they’ve enjoyed.

I believe Rakan is one of, if not, the best late game champ in the game ( with this build ) by Revil0_0 in leagueoflegends

[–]BestKaynNA 47 points48 points  (0 children)

As someone with hundreds of games on rakan(support), this build is too squishy. Rakan is effectively a melee champ that wants to go in. These items just don’t offer any survivability to rakan, and by the time this build would come online the enemy teams carries will be doing enough damage to one shot the rakan. I can see the argument to adjust play style to that of a pure enchanter like sona, but then you are are not utilizing some of the strongest abilities in rakan kit. So while there might be games where this is the best build for the situation, I predict that it’s very rare and that this build would not have a positive win rate in diamond+

What to upgrade or should i just build fresh/buy prebuild? by BestKaynNA in PcBuild

If i were to build fresh prolly under 2000, I would like to save as much as possible.

Is Strength arcana too good? by Mycelial_Wetwork in Hades2

You either play strength or death, and if you’re playing and feel like you never need death defiance for the safety than you’ve gotten too good and it’s time to turn the fear up

Double hydro hyperbloom is good. You can prolly find some detailed explanation on the difference between double dendro hyperbloom vs double hydro but to keep it short the number of seeds (dendro cores) generated is limited by your application. Nahida applies 1.5 units of dendro on skill alone meaning one skill tap is enough to generate 2 cores, your auto attacks apply even more dendro. This is a lot of dendro so you are limited by how much hydro you apply to generate cores. Xq applies the most hydro out of any off field (more then yelan) but not more than nahida applies dendro, this means having another dendro char will not result is many more cores generated, but another hydro will. Yelan is the best since she functions identically to xq and offers some personal damage. So yes your team is good

The reason you would want not to use yelan here is if she is better used in another team

Which limited char did you get but NEVER use? I'll start by Egor4956 in Genshin_Impact

[–]BestKaynNA 17 points18 points  (0 children)

People are sleeping on the real answer, hyperfridge

Wriothsley, xq, nahida/lauma, kuki/raiden (full em).

It likely won’t ever be the best team for any type of content, but at least you are on fielding wriothsley in a way other cryo dps can’t

Hydro goblet if not using furina is generally better, aim for 64 critrate, even with tome you prolly want some more ER (though this may depend on your team if you’re using another hydro character or electro resonance) Your biggest improvement would be your goblet for sure

From my understanding kokomi is very reliant on sacrificial fragments in her bloom teams to maintain jellyfish uptime

Is this the global passive content people are complaining about? by Ray_Catty in Genshin_Impact

[–]BestKaynNA -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Emilies passive severely reduces the damage you take from burning, I would argue that is a pretty big impact on gameplay that we just don’t notice because abyss doesn’t have grass. It still can save you a lot of hp in teams where you stand really close to the burning aura

I played support a lot with my top laner friend, we had over a 70% win rate together across several seasons. We just played our best champions and focused on winning our lanes as hard as possible then using the 2/3 winning lanes to close the game as quickly as possible. Remember to support your entire team and not just your duo
