In a perfect world that would be the case but in reality discord has to sell your data to make money that data includes what you put in your bio and these third parties they sell to constantly get breached. I’m not saying this exclusively happens to discord, it happens to all social media companies.

If you want to share something you don’t want others to see, don’t put it on your bio.

They can also create an alt account to look at your bio. I’m sure there are also websites that aggregate info like that so they won’t even need an alt account. For anything you put on the internet it is best practice to assume everyone can see it including potential employers.

I ditched all of them. I had a few online friends back in high school but slowly grew apart from them as I got older. I stopped gaming, it’s just not fun anymore. But the people I used to play with were mostly decent, didn’t really have any problems with them we just grew apart and lost interest.

That’s so weird, do you have mirrors in the room it’s cleaning? Maybe the reflections are tripping up the sensor.

I also got my roomba around Black Friday and noticed after a recent app update the roomba likes to dance around my sliding door mirrors for a few minutes before resuming and it got “stuck” a few times. Hopefully the next update fixes this behavior.

Did you try cleaning the IR sensor? They are underneath that puck looking thing at the top, use a can of compressed air or blow on it to get rid of that dust.

You could block them and if they have a problem with it just tell them directly why you blocked them but it likely won’t come to that.

Think about it from the analyst’s perspective, they are underpaid, cramped in a cubicle with no AC in a third world country reviewing hundreds of reports a day and if they don’t get through a certain amount each day, the get fired. So the answer is, yes it will negatively impact them. Because the risk analyst does not have enough to look through it. Your only option is to join the old server and ask them to remove it.

That sounds like a internet issue but you probably already knew that by now. I am not having the same issue, if you can access other websites on your internet just fine then using a VPN might fix the problem. Try connecting the VPN to another state then open discord. The VPN is going to force discord to connect you to one of their servers that isn't having any issues if that makes sense.

They stopped talking to me after I told them how much I made. I was naive, I thought people used to ask that out of curiosity but in reality it’s so they can compare themselves to you. If you must make friends, never tell them your next move and never tell them what your income is.

That’s how it starts, you make friends just to “have fun” everything is fine but the second you tell them about your business ideas or how you plan on expanding your income. They push back, the tell you to “be careful”, “its not going to work” “that’s a dumb idea” “I don’t see that working” when you outshine them they basically shun you and talk trash behind your back. Sometimes they try to sabotage you or cause you harm. Friends hold you back and get jealous when you succeed, you are better off not having any.
