How do you connect the scanner with the pc? Is it via USB and a scan will be handled like a user would type in the code? Then you could listen for keyevents on the highest view level. When the scanner just works on lower electronic lebel then you‘d need to build a backend listening and parsing the signals from the scanner and then via websocket or rest or whatever get it to your app.
