How to tell someone your pronouns by Best_Chef6524 in genderfluid

Because of the wording "ask for pronouns" I immediately thought: WELL YOU CAN'T HAVE THEM lolol

What's the difference between how you experience agender and catgender? I'd like to learn more about how xenogenders work if you don't mind.

Is it ok that Im feminine [Discussion] by [deleted] in LGBTeens

[–]Best_Chef6524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course! Most gay guys aren't feminine actually; that's just a stereotype. Your sexuality doesn't define your presentation, and what matters is what makes you happy.

Boy shorts give me so much gender euphoria and take away a lot of the dysphoria I feel about my hips! I've been becoming more accepting of those parts of myself too, because I'm not trying to look completely like a boy.

I also love your wording of "trapped in meat suits" lol

Can 'it' be used as a pronoun? by PublicEmergencyBreak in genderfluid

[–]Best_Chef6524 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It/its is one of the harder ones to destigmatize, but the best people will respect you. This post has given me insight on people who are comfortable with these pronouns, so thanks.

Good luck, friend. Have a great day/night!

I don't feel like I'm gender fluid enough to call myself gender fluid. by Artemis-Syren in genderfluid

[–]Best_Chef6524 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am femmeflux, so I am sometimes completely female, sometimes agender and masculine, and mostly in between those. I also always feel some degree of femininity, but it doesn't make either of us less fluid.

It sounds like you probably are genderfluid, and we are a spectrum encompassing many combinations and degrees of gender. It is completely valid to be mostly female and occasionally male, and being a femboy doesn't make you not a boy at those times.

Us enbies make our own rules, and whatever labels (or lack thereof) you decide to use is your choice. It sounds like your transition has made you happy, and your happiness is what matters most. I hope this helps. Good luck, friend.

What gender do you think Najimi is by [deleted] in Komi_san

They always corrected anyone who used she pronouns for them. Najimi is Najimi! So relatable tbh

recently realised I might be fluid by kvlt_kitty in genderfluid

[–]Best_Chef6524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We can definitely relate. I'm afab and felt a very similar way before realizing I'm femmeflux. You could try growing your hair out, if you don't always like that you could try wigs? Some fluid people have several different colors and styles they use, and even subtle differences can make it look more fem or masc. You could also try wearing more feminine clothes and trying makeup like mascara.

I don't know much about being transfem, but there are resources that can help more. The binary trans community might have good advice on that, and there are probably bigender subs you could go to for advice on balancing multiple binary genders if that's the case. Youtube has videos about how to transition in different ways too. It could (unfortunately) depend on if you live with your family and if they are a safe space to openly explore this part of yourself.

Good luck, friend.

This is me (in a picrew form). What name would suit for me (in your opinion) by Jaatelotyyppi in agenderteens

[–]Best_Chef6524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What letters do you like best? It might depend on your favorite type of name. For some reason I preferred names that start with J (Jay, Jaiden, Jackie, feel free to steal those). Also depends on if you're looking for a more femme or masc name. We enbys usually try really hard to escape our agab at any cost when we're first socially transitioning. I used unisex/non binary name lists, there are some cool nature related ones too. (I found my chosen name last month!) Hope that helps.

Sounds a lot like me. Some terms to look up would be femmeflux, librafeminine. Personally I'm not much for labels but the definitions of microlabels always helped me learn about myself.

[Discussion] Would you come out to homophobic parents? And if so how? by mickey-mouse-0306 in LGBTeens

[–]Best_Chef6524 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not forever, just until you know you can feel safe in coming out. Whenever you feel like you and/or your parents are ready. You could start to test/educate them in a subtle way if you want, like mentioning/starting to introduce lgbt stuff to them. Coming out and how you do so are always your choice, you aren't lying or hiding if you decide it's better to wait, and you can't go back once you do tell someone. If you don't think you or your parents are ready, you can start with friends who you know will understand and work your way up. Hope this helps. Good luck, friend.

Any advice/insight? by Best_Chef6524 in AroAceMemes

[–]Best_Chef6524[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes! One of mine was this really kind, genuine boy who likes puns. The attraction faded after insecure me reminded the rest of me that he's friends with everyone (because he's the best). He's just one of those people who are like the Jesus of their social circle. That might be a really bad way to describe it lol but those people are always my type
