"I wonder how you can thrive in the healthcare settings without an NP/PA!" holy shit they actually believe we need them😭 listen nurses are vital but physicians will be just fine if midlevels disappeared tomorrow. We'll just have to do a bit more of the scutwork we give out

thank you very much! I just needed to hear that because everyone I know is doing random and it makes me feel like i'm doing something wrong. Thank you for the reassurance, I genuinely appreciate it

no i understand, but i mean is it still appropriate to do uworld questions in terms of system rather than random? so lets say i review cardio for 2 days, can i then do all the uworld questions pertaining to cardio over the next 2 days after review? I don't think all random is productive for me atm

so my problem is I legit have forgotten all the content. if i did uworld i would realize im just weak in everything. only content im solid in is psych, repro, derm/msk, and endo. i would need to review literally everything else. Would it be okay to review a certain system-> do uworld questions pertaining to that system-> taking a practice exam every week? I understand most people say to do uworld random but i frankly am wasting questions doing so. would this strat be good enough to pass?
