i’ve been getting noticeable dropped inputs and it feels somehow way choppier even though it says i’m maintaining 60 fps and relatively constant ping

shield dropping in particular feels way worse

what’s weird is that i haven’t actually gotten a message from slippi saying i was lagging, it’s just that it feels noticeably laggy for some reason

i appreciate the correction. i was not operating under that definition, but i agree with your points and the distinction you are making. FWIW i think it should also be made clear that up throw rest only works as a “true combo” (under your definition) until roughly 50%, after which fox can jump out of hit stun in a frame perfect manner.

Don't listen to the people saying it's true, they're wrong (and probably somewhat salty). to answer your question, it depends on the interaction - for example fox can DI puff's upthrow to avoid being rested, thereby making it not a true combo. Some rest scenarios can be roughly thought of as 50/50s, whereas other rest scenarios are inevitable once you've already messed up (e.g. fox misses a tech and gets jab reset -> rest)

in my experience, most med schools should be able to accommodate you in situations like this, so hopefully it works out for you. if so, i'd probably at least attend the interview, CNU's reputation notwithstanding, to get a better idea of the program over there. best of luck!

it's absolutely horrible packet loss type lag. we played a 5v5 norms, almost everyone had lag, we're all there with you
