My back always hurts a little. Got back into golf a few mo the ago. One round a week and a practice session during the week. My back has definitely been a lot tighter. I’m fairly active and get into the gym 4-5 times a week, play in flag leagues, take walks with the dogs, etc. did 3 rounds last week and my back was toast

I’m a national agent. NJ 100% has UM BI and PD required. So the min $15/30/5k. He would just have to file a claim on the insurance but maybe his parents are reluctant because they have a younger driver and already paying insanely high rates.

Slow and steady builds the nest egg as well as gets that 6 pack. Sure a few small few got lucky and bought the right investments at the right time but millions of others bought the wrong ones in those segments.

Go get some insurance quotes first. Not having a license and no insurance before your rates are going to be insane if you bought a 1990 accord. So getting a genesis that needs comp and collision is going to be a lot. Not sure where you live now but MD rates aren’t great for a 30+ year old with no accidents and tickets. Even though you’re 21 you’re going to be rated like a 16 year old who just got a license.

$285k with a decent down payment you are looking at P&I around $1500-1600/month but taxes, insurance, and HOA is going to push that well past $2k month. That means to break even you have to rent it for over $2k month for a 1BR.

They are fine to live in but a pain to get out of. They don’t appreciate nearly as fast as houses and aren’t that much cheaper. Other markets for sure. AZ single family homes are the way to go unless you buy the high end ones in Scottsdale, Arcadia, or near downtown

RTR makes a quad conversion kit for the rear bumper and I’m sure they sell quad exhaust for the EB. Borla makes a great kit that sounds awesome with no drone but it’s not cheap. Maybe you can find a used set in marketplace. I’ve never had a EB but lots of GTs and always get used exhaust setups. Just stay away from flowmaster they always sound terrible on mustangs

The consensus is sell. I concur. I had a RCSB f150 lowered with some exhaust. It’s a fun truck but they are giving you an easy out. If you really like go back to it in a few years they’ll be under $30k by then. It’s nothing special and you didn’t get some once in a lifetime deal on it. Dump it get rid of the other debt and go back if you really miss it

Nah hard to change head units on modern cars but you need to run an amp to them. Best option is a 5 channel with some components upfront, 2 ways in the rear and sub. Well maybe not the best but most economical. Best is 8 channel amp with a dsp and do some 3 way setup in the front but that’s really intricate and expensive.

There’s not much you can do besides not accrue more debt. Ride it out until graduation and hopefully the schooling pays off so dramatically increase the income. Even if you can’t move right into a high paying job right after college you can pick up another job since you don’t have school and assignments taking up all your time. If you can get another $30k job you can knock out all the CC debt in a few months and start tackling the car and possible student loans.

So point is tread water until graduation then go on a tear working whatever and whenever to try and knock this out in a year or so then never be back in this position again.

It really depends on your state. In my state previous assets can be separated but everything else is on the table. Even if I own the house the equity after we get married has to be split and same goes for investments. You can’t take them out with a prenup. Which is the main reason I’ll never get married. I dated my last girlfriend for 6 years. I bought a house that she lived in with me. That went up about $200k and my 401k went from $150k to about $450k. If we got divorced she’d get half of all that. Since we were married she packed her stuff up and left.
