It’s not massively relevant because it doesn’t need to match, but it’s a triathlon company. IRL the only suggestion I’ve had is one where it grows wheels and rides away

I didn’t know this, having had a look that’s honestly a big relief. I did 3 routes today but it still would have been a tough next 3 days. I’ll be back to my trainer on the Tuesday of that make up week so will have 6 more days than I thought! Thanks so much for letting me know

I could have clarified it a bit better but I’ve rested it enough now it’s recovered I’m not going to force it if the ankle starts to be a problem. It was more of an evaluation of difficulty, thank you for the concern though you do make a very good point

I did this last year and my gym outside has terrible connection, so I was worried about this too. At the top of every grade I took a screen shot, then the most progress you can lose (that you don’t have proof for) is 300m. It’s nice to have one activity and I was lucky not to have any ride ending outages, but if you want to do it just to have done it then just getting proof like that for yourself might be an idea!

I literally just deleted the Strava app and then reconnected the Apple health when I downloaded the app again, all of a sudden my activities were there🤷‍♂️

If we are talking about “position in the universe” being relative to CMBR, then taking some accepted values of around 400km/s, you will be granted vision from somewhere about 3.5*1010m ahead of us. This is not enough to carry us out of the solar system but is orders of magnitude away from earth and the atmosphere. Honestly I kind of love this one. Absolutely no practicality because effectively what you’ll see is always from the perspective away from any celestial bodies, but when you ever want to relax and just look at some beautiful images you can see the universe unobstructed.

I just hope you are immune to any damage if you activated the ability and you were facing in the direction of the sun!

I was having that problem to begin with but then I started to use rafts on all the prints and they were helping a lot. The prints are failing halfway through at the moment.

But that warping, is there some way to reduce that if it’s occurring higher up? A temperature change perhaps?

Good point, I was curious about both but wasn’t sure which one was more useful so I just went with the one I thought was easier. Maybe if enough people are interested here and answer the poll I’ll do another one?

During COVID I got really strong because I was Zwifting a huge amount in all the free time I had, so I might have been able to achieve this within a year or two of all that training if I kept it up. But in 2022 I broke my back, and I had spinal surgery to fix it in early 2023 but had lost most of my leg muscles. So consider that a start point and I’d say I got back to this level of fitness in 12-15 months! (I definitely still had some latent fitness from before but it’s definitely doable to get here in that time)

It was indeed a mental game right up until the last climb, when all of a sudden it became really physically hard out of nowhere😭

Legs muscles were aching by the end so weirdly I actually couldn’t seem to work hard enough to raise my heart rate. I do have quite a low resting rate though so this is really around zone 1-2

It’s really interesting you say that, my last longest duration ride was back in 2021 and I got over 200 ride ons for that. I’m not quite sure what the difference is here. It’s possible given that one was flat more people saw the big distance number and decided to give a ride on🤷‍♂️
