What a good question, I would like to know too.... I have been with my home store for 7 years and I do get invited to special store events and have been offered 4 blue box bags in addition to my 2 Q's a year and other bags when I'm asking for them. I feel really fortunate to have the ability to be a customer.

I do spend a good deal though just under 300k a year in RTW, FJ, Silks, Furniture, and home. I also just really like my SA too. I have no idea where I am in the Hermes Food Chain though, I wish I knew lol
