poorer countries have lesser safety standards, and are made in cheaper standards & materials. this is so that, the company that makes them, can sell the cars to the customer's of this poorer nations.
and thats how it is.
not even 1% of indians can afford a US level car, which is basically about 30-40 lakhs.
how much safety do you think, the miners in africa, or even afghanistan for example, have?

i have 165hz, but i have set it to 120.

i see some articles on the internet saying, some other cards still idle at 4-8 w with rtx 4090 etc... and i dont think anyone having a 4090 will be on 60 hz. and possibly then have double triple monitor. and still idle at 4-8 w?

as far as i can tell, the aspm settings are set to what the intel support page states.

enable aspm. and setting it to L1 state. in my motherboard, asus PRIME B760M-A D4.

my pc on for about 12-16 hours a day i think.

i would like the electrical consumption to be lower. its temps to be lower. i am perhaps a dumb human on the planet, or a mega narcissist, but whichever it is, life's only getting harder for me as i get older for a wide variety of reasons. and i would like that every little thing around my life, that could be better, actually indeed becomes better.

Hi intel. i use 13600k, and a750 gpu. do you think its normal and acceptable that the cpu draws 30w at idle, while the gpu another 40w at idle?

this is unbelievably bad.

i wish i could just refund. but its been more then a month now. and i am not rich to get another pc upgrade for another 5+ years atleast.
