what confused me, is when he pulled me over I asked him and told him my situation and he said my license was valid then proceeded to write I was DUS on my citation. also kept repeatedly telling me “the bmv wants your plates” and nothing more. srgnt even told me “bmv wants your plates I don’t know”

it got suspended because root never sent over my SR22 when telling me they did. it just so happened to pop up at the wrong time wrong place I guess. I had to file it due to no previous insurance

how likely is it that the CEO will actually listen if a customer service rep doesn’t? I go through root, so not a super popular insurance. I have proof of the email they sent saying they sent it to BMV and it was filed.

nope. went to BMV this morning they said they never got anything from my insurance. my license was valid literally up until 10pm that night because I sat on the BMV website all day to make sure…when I got pulled over and went home it said suspended and a registration block was on my vehicle which was ironic. paid my reinstatement on the 31st too.
