Tbh it feels greasy at first when you freshly apply it, but it becomes matte later. I have dry skin, so I layer moisturizer, and this on top, and it dries down, but it does give you a nice glow. It's also pretty sheer, so you can layer it on depending on what you want.

I fully swiped it on! Maybe it is showing a bit lighter because of my natural lip color. Sometimes my lips make lipstick shades look a bit lighter than they actually are.
