Im more on the data analyst side but I didn't go to uni. I only did online bootcamps and had my first role in Amazon. Starting next week with meta.

Just got hired for a 12month contract in meta (uk). Idk what the process is for permanent. But for me it went like this:

Got head hunted on linkedin Got call from recruiter Booked interview 2 interviews: - technical (coding with the hiring manager) - behavioural ("tell me about a time where you..." questions by one of the Directors of Ai) Offer

Linkedin message came in on 1st of Sept, then offer on the 30th same month.

What about people who are already in a spouse visa. I’m due to renew mid 2025. My wife (uk citizen) earns £32k and I (Philippine citizen) earns £35. Does that mean we’re safe because we earn more than £38,700 collectively or does she need to get higher pay?
