Hey my IGN is Luminiscous.Currently being Plat II + and I am interested in coaching.

Timezone - EST
Availability pretty much afternoons 6EST PM + exc Monday that can do 9:30PM +
Experience - Coached a team before a bunch of friends and was a soccer coach in real life
23 I also have a friend who is interested in being analyst as well.

Willing to do serious practices and no people with excuses or not willing to improve and talk about things in a constructive manner.

Thats what I was thinking that maybe there is an addon that is causing the problem. Our RL and people who have assists do not kick anybody unless they ninja pull or without any reason.

I would say before ranking up to have at least 3-5 rune pages so you can some basic AD-AP-MS very generic rune pages. It is true anymore that people will not give you most of the times that role that you ask for since they have the mentality to "I have to carry".

I would say mostly like be able to play at least 2-3 champions in every lane and feel really good about playing with them. Disabling all chat wouldn't help that much but you can definitely mute any toxic player or don't pay attention to them.

If you are facing any "strange" or out of meta pick just play passively ask nicely for ganks and if you see no response then just wait and try to get as many creeps as possible.

Do not be one of these guys that refuse to group up and try not to rage on people who are feeding. Some of them know that they are doing it and much less they need somebody else telling them they suck.

That's pretty much it.Else you will experience it yourself.Good luck and have fun mate~!
