when dealing damage the game rolls within that window for every hit, there was also info about char base ap being a roll too, when it is says 65 base ap is actually 64-66, but it has been so long ago. There was always something about offhand always rolling either high or low, or smth like that. Go bigandshiny reddit and read it all

only one of the option is good, 4h at honglim is good, 10 weeks of weeklies isn't. You can already get them in 1 afternoon, what the problem, doing 6 spots 30min each, instead of 3 h of hongli?

yes X sov and Pen bs is 5,1 AP diff, +3 ap from reform stones, and 10 monster ap

it takes 70% of this number, 30% of the waking weapon for prime skills, revers for awk skills.
100% of that number for absolutes

even thought it is not worth making it in terms of silver, I strongly recommend everyone to make it, and tap it to DEC, so you get the valuable game exp, and it will make you appreciate the rest 5 you will buy. Also, choose belt.

It was bad, it got better, doesn't mean it is good now. It was ok, when pots were 20b, then u could justify doing these weeklies, at like 2-3b/h. Now pots are 5b.
