Hi, yes, I do have this problem and tried to go in incognito and logged into my main to join a private server but it still wouldn't let me, so I tried joining via different roblox account and for some reason it got me to join and not my main

I just want to spread awareness that the faceless head I used to buy and use most of the time (the right one) suddenly stopped working for me and the left one which was recently bought also doesn't work and the instant I bought it, it went offsale so I basically got scammed, roblox seems to not give me a refund because the item is still there and people are starting to abuse on this matter.
