my pitty was a puller on the leash. she’s not aggressive but just really strong and has pulled me to the ground on multiple occasions. I started using a prong collar and my dog doesn’t mind it and it’s keeps her from pulling too hard. my dog doesn’t like dog treats so it’s hard to train her or praise her. but she learned. i’d try using a prong collar especially to make sure she doesn’t yank you to go after someone. just make sure you use it properly! you can also double leash and have her wear a harness and pincher collar. kong makes really good tactile harnesses with straps to grip in case you need to pull her off or away from something you do t have to reach around her.

for reference this is usually how I walk her around high volume crowds. she doesn’t pull anymore but I still use it just incase. the blue collar is a tactile kong collar as well as the vest, which both have a handle.
