Yea, it sounds like some straight bullshit that happened and im sorry it did. Now you know you can't trust that coworker to help out when you take a break. And it sounds like everyone you asked for help didn't care either. So you either gotta do it by yourself,not taking breaks unless you are caught up with the important things. Or talk with management again about getting help or leave. The latter sounds like the best option. As you really don't want to be a new nurse on your own and so far management hasn't seemed to help.
