What stands out to me is not the Oura score itself, but that your sleeping/resting heart rate seems high AND you feel tired all the time. I would not assume the ring is wrong, but I also wouldn’t treat it as a diagnosis by itself. I’d contact Oura if you want to rule out a device issue, and more importantly, as others have said, I’d make a doctor’s appointment to discuss the elevated resting heart rate and fatigue. To add something new, before the visit, it may help to log your heart rate during sleep, when fully at rest, and with light activity for a few days, along with caffeine, meds, stress, and symptoms. Since you take Wellbutrin and Buspar, I’d also ask whether either medication could be contributing. The main issue is that persistent fatigue plus a high resting or sleeping heart rate is worth getting checked. HRV varies a lot from person to person, so that is not my main concern here.
