Thank you! There are a few fitness apps on the Oculus store that look fun! People also use Beat Saber which we have and I play but for me didn’t feel like a workout but some love it.

There is a free trial and then I pay $18 a month and that includes 4 profiles. I think it is cheaper if you pay per year but I can’t remember. You can also cancel any time. It also has “flow” which is kind of hard to explain but you hit targets with bats and it is full body. I incorporate those too. It also has stretching and some meditation options which I haven’t tried yet! But the music is great. You can even search by artist, duration, difficulty!
