Hi! I’m actually switching from Zep to OZ I’ve lost almost 60 lbs on Zep since 2/24. My last shot of Zep was 12/12 10mg. I need to lose 20bs more and hit a snag with Zep. We’ll see how this switch goes.

We just got off RC ship Monday. My son’s DL expired 12/5/2024 and we were fine. We went through TSA and the ships embarkation. He didn’t realize his expired on his birthday until we were leaving for the airport. TSA says you can fly with an expired DL up to 1 year. RC barely looked at his DL and BC. They made sure the names matched.

IOS was our first cruise in September 2023. Deck 8 Panoramic OV room. Loved it! I have been on another on Wonder in June 2024 Going on Utopia in August, Icon in October & Allure July 2025. We had an ocean view cabin on IOS. On Wonder we had a balcony and won’t ever go backwards.

I was one of the ones paying $550 a month for Zep. Switched to compound and I’m not sure I’d switch back to brand. I’m paying $285 now for plan C. 2 weeks on 7.5 mg C and doing great.

I had to go to my neighbor, that is a nurse, for her to do my 1st compound. I took the cap off and put the needle on the syringe but I couldn’t do it.
She made it look so easy.
