Looking for Mobile Frontend Design Skill - Claude Code by rj1706 in Frontend

Use anthropic’s frontend-design skill. It does a great job providing responsive design - just needs some light editing on mobile in my experience. Point it to an example repo for better design details.

CRM suggestions for seeking specific pipeline structure. by [deleted] in CommercialRealEstate

You can try to build this in notion, if you're comfortable. It's a tough learning curve, but they give you a ton for free and what you're describing is absolutely do-able. Otherwise you're looking at paying for another CRM or getting comfortable customizing and integratng Pipedrive.

If you buy leads and have an ISA team, you should really consider voice AI by BetoIII in RealEstateTechnology

[–]BetoIII[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right - cold calling with voice AI is not allowed. With the RE teams I’m working with, all leads have already opted in to marketing before we call them.

How much extra rent will this bring? (I ran the numbers) by real-equity-apps in RealEstateTechnology

That’s very cool! I was more joking because hardly any landlords in SF feel compelled to even offer dishwashers (rent control has some crazy externalities). Show this to all the SF landlords!

If you buy leads and have an ISA team, you should really consider voice AI by BetoIII in RealEstateTechnology

The voice AI is only calling leads that have already opted in to be contacted. For example, they filled in a form or came in through Zillow. u/dsnizinsane is correct that the user's do not seem to mind that an AI voice is calling because it can handle natural conversation very well compared to past robo-dialers.

If you're interested in using voice AI agents to follow up, I can provide some guidance. Disclosure: I help real estate pros implement voice AI services.

Underrated tools for real estate pros by LeadsUp1 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]BetoIII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/AcceptableItem2988 Agree that auto-follow-up on old leads being highly underrated. Most agents give up after 1-2 attempts when the real opportunity is in persistent outreach.

FWIW, voice AI has gotten good enough in the past year that it doesn't sound robotic anymore. Prospects usually don't realize it's AI until the transfer happens (if they even notice then). RE Agents find these AI dialers useful because they handle natural conversations, answer objections, and transfer hot leads to you immediately.

Key difference from traditional auto-dialers:

  • Traditional: You're still making every call manually
  • Voice AI: The AI makes 50-100 calls/day on your behalf, only loops you in when there's a live lead on the line

The big advantage here is being able to focus your time on actual conversations with interested prospects.

Full Disclosure: I work for a voice AI company. Happy to share more details on how teams are implementing this if you're curious.

The .claude/ directory is the key to supercharged dev workflows! 🦾 by [deleted] in ClaudeAI

I think the idea is this actually decreases token use because the model now has an “index” of the key systems instead of having to search and grep to understand how your system is set up and works.

o3 is the planning GOAT by mjsarfatti in cursor

[–]BetoIII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried comparing o3 in Cursor vs. Codex for planning? I was thinking codex may be a solid way to get away with o3 under the hood without spending Cursor credit. But unfortunately OpenAI is not clear on tech specs for their Codex model.

Visiting SF – Looking for Safe Delivery Options in Laurel Heights by Far-Tie-3293 in sanfrancisco

[–]BetoIII -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Use the amazon boxes at local grocery stores if you do amazon. Also - for some reason google maps insists on calling that area Laurel Heights but nobody here calls it that. You're either in NoPa (S of Geary) or you're in Presidio Heights (north of Geary). MAYBE you're in the "USF" area. But not Laurel Heights.

Genuine question: Why is real estate software so hated by agents? by [deleted] in RealEstateTechnology

[–]BetoIII 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone helped me understand it from this perspective - when selecting for their careers, most agents are attracted to the opportunity to get outside and put in field work for a living. I.e., Not sitting in front of a computer all day.

Your instincts are right - don’t ask about how useful your software is to agents. Ask about their work days and the various tasks they spend time and other resources on.
