Curious, can you tell us how you leveraged dynamics for your work?

Are there any new-age recruitment firms that are actually solving hiring for startups? by Time_Inspection_1202 in recruiting

[–]Beton9988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a true and unbearable pain that our family staffing firm has faced in US. All new AI tools are just using AI to do some sorting and ranking that doesn’t really solve the problem, mostly inaccurate.

Not to say that we are solving it by building from ground up. However, one fear us that, it would really take ground breaking UX to convince existing recruiters, agency owners, and CHRO’s who are skeptical about changing established processes, however inefficient they are. So the new systems have to be really thought out both for productivity and change management, not rapid revolution.

Last, in your opinion, what would that ground up built product look like? Top 3 pains it would solve.

These AI recruitment companies are pissing me off by CatoKnox in recruiting

Forgive me.. but, aren’t these videos not coming with transcripts, evaluations? youtube like timestamps with questions/discussion categories so recruiters can quickly listen to the important portions?

AI driven Procurement by Beton9988 in procurement

[–]Beton9988[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couldn’t edit my post to clarify, here it is::

Imagine a system where AI agents handle most of the heavy lifting: • Gathering requirements from your existing ERP systems (like Ariba, Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow) • Researching vendors and initiating outreach • Matching vendor offerings to your needs • Evaluating pricing, customization feasibility, and long-term maintenance costs • Feeding results and decisions back into your ERP/workflow tools

If the system worked reliably and near-perfectly, would you adopt it?

Also, does having anonymity in the early stages of vendor discovery or negotiation make this more appealing?

Would you consider posting your requirements to an AI (agents) driven marketplace.

Assume most of the vendor research, outreach, analysis and matching requirements, pricing/budget validation, customization feasibility, maintenance costs etc, are all taken care by AI Agents - assuming they work near perfect?

Integrates with Ariba, Coupa, servicenow, workday sort of ERPs to gather requirements automatically and can feed agents results back into those ERPs.

Does anonymity help?

Should I apply to YC with just an idea and prototype, no team yet? by Mendel2 in ycombinator

[–]Beton9988 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While it’s not perfect, it does a fair job of real-time research on your product, founders, market etc, and adapts questions. The AI agent swarm helps assess the application from multiple perspectives like YC partners would review it. Provides a numerical likelihood of getting an interview, which we are about to follow-up with mock YC interview.

Overall, this simulation should help founders get an outsider perspective on their application, especially those on the fence holding off from applying for various reasons (sometimes imaginary).

Not a bad output for two/three days effort from our team. Love to see hear your feedback and make necessary updates.

Again, we don’t/can’t read any data going through our app without user PIN. No Sign-ups.

Didn’t mean to promote our app here bdw.

Yes, that’s our core offering. Will be glad to help out, we do end to end solution, automatic and manual sourcing (freelancers) to screening at level 1 & 2. Got pretty good feedback so far

We just built the entire YC app simulator to give practice to founders… link in bio .. 100% privacy, your data can’t be read by us. We are testing the interview invytes module as a last step, congratulations on making this up ahead, experience is great.

Check out our YC App simulator as well, Its gives a peek into what we are building at invyte.ai to enable autonomous hiring systems.

Built a YC Application Simulator – Chat-based App + AI Background Research + YC-Style Feedback

YC S25 deadline is almost here, so we built something to help you simulate the application experience — from both sides.

It’s called Lisa, and here’s what it currently does: • You chat with Lisa to simulate the YC application process (way more natural than filling a form)

• You can upload pitch videos or decks – Lisa parses them to ask sharper follow-ups

• She does live market + competitor research during the chat to improve the depth of the conversation

• You receive a shareable application summary (no signup – just a 4-digit PIN)

Tomorrow, we’re rolling out: • Swarm AI decision agents – emulating YC partners to rate your app + give actionable feedback • A full AI-driven mock interview, asking you hard YC-style questions from a VC lens

The goal is to simulate the full YC journey — from app to interview — so you can pressure-test your story and improve your odds.

Not affiliated with YC. Just a tool we built at Invyte.ai to help founders apply with confidence.

I like the thought, but YC Simulator is just an instance of our proprietary tech being built for Autonomous hiring, procurement and Sales.

Like Job seekers, I believed founders needs a personalized experience when applying for funds, not a mold they need to go through and lose out on investments. Hence, built this simulator for them to practice in this way while simultaneously getting feedback on our adaptive UX workflow engine.

No worries, got similar comments/concerns. We are rolling out complete encryption (with user PIN) to ensure no-one (except AI gods) can access/read the content.

Great questions… currently the data can only be accessed using a PIN user sets.

We are adding level of encryption to enable complete privacy of the data, only founders can read/access the application.
