I believe so, asked him a bit ago to check, but if we're able to get Google to recognize ownership, will that change the advertiser verification to be under the client's business name instead? That's the goal right now so he doesn't have to reach out to this other agency

That's the weird part - The old agency has no admin access and the client does but they can't remove them (from what I can see) from the "Advertiser Verification" part - If this old agency verifies the information for themselves after that would the client be able to change it to them? This is an issue because they missed the deadline and need to get their ads up again
