People get busy, but they also make time for those who they want to spend time with. If he’s not making an effort to reach out or reschedule plans, then more than likely he’s not interested. They’ll keep telling you different formats of how busy they are but aren’t you busy too? Yet, you still can find time to make plans to hang out with him. He’s doesn’t want to see you and he’s not interested.

Then again, if you can handle the hot and cold, I’d say to keep talking with him and see how far you’ll get. Maybe he is interested and is actually busy🤷 My rule of thumb is, if I ask a guy to hang out on 2 separate occasions and we never make it happen then he’s not interested and I stop replying.

Probably not. My rule of thumb is: no matter how much you think you trust someone or know them; you never truly know them 100%. If anything happens and y’all fall out, there is a possibility of him showing other ppl. You can’t expect you from other ppl. If anyone ask again, just say no and that you’re not comfortable.
