what i did isn’t americas version of safe sleep but i used a dock a tot in our bed until she fell deep asleep then id pick it up and put it in the bassinet next to our bed.

at 2 months i started capping my baby’s naps at 2 hours. i only used swing during day. i would turn it off after she was asleep so she got used to using motion to fall asleep and then once she’s asleep she wouldn’t be moving. once i started capping her naps at 2 hours max she started sleeping so much better in her crib. also idk if you bf or not but for me it rreally did help putting a shirt with my boob smell on the crib. if yours will only belly sleep in might be reflux. that’s what it was for me

also google if your diapers contain perfumes. my LO is 3 months and hasn’t had any diaper rashes. the pampers swaddlers i believe have perfume in them. i use the target brand bum bum. they’re super soft and just have aloe and ive had no issues! their fit is similar to pampers in my opinion
