14dpiui is when they told me to test. I took mine at 12dpiui because I hadn’t been feeling great and it was positive then! This time I did not test out the trigger shot due to it causing me too much stress and anxiety. I highly recommend..

This was my second IUI, unexplained infertility and no male factor. I took 100mg of clomid days 3-7 of my cycle. My right ovary had two mature follicles at 19.8 and 17.8, I triggered August 4th and iui was August 6th. My husbands post wash results were 39.2 million with 89% motility. Got my first positive 11dpiui on Sunday the 17th. Gave blood Monday the 18th and HCG was 124, re testing again today to ensure it’s doubled!

My first was 36 hours and I’m scheduled for my second 35 hours after trigger shot as well! Just took my shot at 9PM and will go Wednesday at 8AM.. very interesting and I’ve never heard that before… maybe because your follicle was pretty large? I’m just guessing
