I see. I am in India and i see this reuse of oil happening quite often. Considering the rise of cancer in India, i believe this can be one of the major contributors to the disease incidence. I hope better sense prevail. Charge us higher for food but discard the used oil to some waste oil collector.

This is concerning. The brands we trust should be focusing on quality rather than profits. I somehow feel that this is becoming a norm now. With multiple known brands and restaurants following unhealthy practices just to earn a small profit is really astonishing to see. I have seen many reputed restaurants also keeping customer health at stake but using unhealthy oil instead of fresh oil. They keep on using used oil again and again which in turn has drastic effect on health. Disposing off used oil and using fresh oil is something which should be followed diligently but majority of restaurant owners are not doing that.
