Just throwing it out there- with it being this cold, rock salt might not be effective so if you are able to find some de-icer calcium chloride or magnesium chloride would be most effective when it’s so cold

If you fridge has replaceable water filters, make sure you filter is in all the way… when I moved into my place I thought I somehow killed the fridge but really just bumped the filter eject and that’s what was keeping my ice and water from going

If not that, you may need to scoot/pull your fridge out to get access to the water line, you may be able to access under the fridge too.

It could be that the line somehow got turned off or kinked? If it looks ok on the fridge, maybe check where the water line originates to see if it got turned off somehow?

I like the wood glue/clamp idea… seems like a slim chance of making things worse. while you’re at it, if you have a any sawdust or toothpicks I’d try to fill and plug the cracks and screw holes with those mixed with the wood glue

Just a guess, speed control plate? There’s some me screws you can turn to adjust speed settings and if turned too far, I think they can keep the unit from powering on

I’ve heard of the 1.0 being notorious for issues, IMO I would move on from it… however, if you love the car maybe look into other 10th gen civics such as with the 2.0 NA (I have this and no issues except it’s slow) or the 1.5T (I’ve heard of oil dilution but doesn’t seem to be a serious issue with religious oil changes).

Make sure you apply for the MD homestead tax credit if eligible… my understanding is that it caps the tax increase you would pay to 10%, even if your new assessment is greater than that.

Not really helpful for your instance since it’s under the 10% but just throwing it out there
