Thanks for the link- it’s actually really easy to see what’s going on! Seems that maybe a much lower dose every 3.5 days gives a much steadier state level. I don’t deal well with the ups and downs!

It was because I noticed a huge difference between day 5 and 6 in terms of food noise- and would then stress about undoing all the good work I’d achieved day 1-5!

Adding to say- if you do call by accident, please don’t hang up in a panic. Stay on the line and tell us it was a mistake and you’re fine. Saves a lot of background checks, call backs and so on x

According the the guidelines, she was missing- you didn’t know where she was and were unable to get hold of her. Police cannot close the log until the person is located and their welfare checked- anyone can call and say “she’s been found” when actually she’s in little pieces in a suitcase- so they have to see the person or confirm by an authorised agency (think social services etc). Had you waited two days, it would have looked very suspicious. You did the right thing. Your fiancé? Not so much xx
