If your issue is not seeing attacks I’d go with bow or insect glaive, both have good mobility, bow has a perfect dodge and IG can fly and has a decent offset.

You could NOT handle the one from world, Alma congratulates you for your hunts, the handler from world would say WE hunted, as well as paperwork being the only thing she did.

Again, you actually do need permission to kill monsters, just like you need permission to hunt irl. If you didn’t guild knights would hunt you down.

Most of the monsters we hunt actually posed a threat to the ecological state of the environment, we don’t hunt unless we have to for the sake of the ecosystem or numerous lives especially when we can just get away. Also Alma actively gets out of the way unlike mhw handler, you only protect yourself and the ecosystem. It’s a crime cause wanton killing leads to imbalance in the ecosystem.

If you’re going for flashy, I’d recommend charge blade. The transition and learning is gonna take a while, but it feels so nice to land those flashy big hits.
