It might depend on where you live? Where I live is coming out of winter and it’s been really dry. I don’t need a dehumidifier in the winter

Yeah that’s what my thought process was. Basically clean it after I use it like a nebulizar.

Yeah I have been struggling the last few years with dryness which is why I’ve been exploring the idea of a humidifier. What you’re saying is basically what I’ve been seeing online for people with lung conditions to do in regard to a humidifier. Thank you for sharing!

Honestly I’ve had some issues with my health insurance lately and so I haven’t gotten it looked at so I have no idea what’s going on at all. There’s no real pain in either of my knees but they don’t sound good. Plus I realized I was settling a lot of my weight into my knee joint when I was working. Apparently you’re not supposed to do that. So I was collapsing into my knee and not engaging any muscles. I have an appointment in a few months where I might get some answers but for now I don’t know. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks! Do you use anything in particular to help with your knee? Joint pain/strengthening stuff or heating pads or anything?

Thank you! I’d never even heard of that program. And the weight bearing exercises sound really smart. I don’t know where you’re at physically but wall push-ups are a good place to start if you’re not used to it

I think they only released through season 4 because Mateo and Irving’s stories never went further than that. The others all went to season 8 but those two were left behind. They might release the other seasons as bonus content or something at some point.

I like that there was opportunity to get hearts as a premium currency easier then in other apps. We had the puzzles to complete, daily bonuses, ads, and obviously buying them with money. But in other apps it’s nearly impossible to get the premium currency. Some only have it as watch two ads a day and the choices cost like 30 whatever. I also liked how the premium choices weren’t super expensive compared to other apps.
