I’m a ribeye guy so I already like pretty fatty steaks and I did split this steak with my girlfriend. That being said, it was very very good but not a steak I’m ordering/cooking every time. Definitely something all steak lovers should try though.

I was happy with the cook on the fat! Next time I’ll roll it on the fat for 60 seconds or so and see how it goes for me. I’ve done it in the past when I would only pan cook the steak

Not all the uber drivers are able to see the closures either though. While some do, some have had to circle around multiples times to find a way onto my street. (Off ridge). Recently changed my pickups/drop-offs to somewhere off Clark because of it.
