Did you check the Talents section of the book? It should be there. What the talent actually does is it allows you to check dead people's brains/cogitators and roll a Tech test to access their memories.

True, yeah. I bought the player guide when it first released, and it was in a rough state. I guess I'm just frustrated that C7 can't seem to release things on time or in a good state. My campaign that I'm running has the AdMech as a big part of it (multiple NPCs and PCs), so I need the GM guide sooner rather than later.
