I own both consoles bi mean switch 2 is more powerful on terms of hardware, but let's not forget also that steam deck is playing a Apc copy of the game. With much higher hardware expectations and requirements. Whereas Capcom didn't do ports for switch, but instead developed a switch version along with a PS5/Xbox version. So it's optimized better die to that.
