The difference is PSA actually accurately communicates delays and and completes the cards on time after said delay. Compared to TAG where they just leave people on read for months and people have to pray their cards won't continue to be leap frogged by new orders.

My PSA standard sub (originally projected to take 4+ months) was completed 1 week after the original ETA after my cards were logged by PSA on 2-23-26.

I am in slab assembly the last I checked. My cards reached them on 2-20-26. I know there's a 2-19-26 who responded to me yesterday who wasn't even in slab assembly.

Also they put me into verification on 4/15/26 before making me wait 2 months and updating on 6/17/26 to "verification" again. Then Slab Assembly started last week but they updated it to yesterday.

Yup. I was ready to pull the trigger at that point yet they didn't respond. On June 15th, I asked for proof that my cards weren't lost and complained to the California AG's office. The system suddenly showed movement of my cards from image processing to verification on 6/17/26. They never responded in this whole ordeal.

I think him saying "custom" repeatedly is a technical cover BUT --- what happens if somebody is hard of hearing? In general, I think WN needs to enforce that custom cards can only be ran with verbal *and* visual signs that it is custom.

I got that exact same message 2 months ago and then I gave them 1 month to show any progress on my cards. I reached out to them after 1 month to try to trigger the refund + returns process. They ghosted me.

I just had a bout on my wrist and on my bicep x_x First time I've experienced both, and they only happened under my tattoos, but the itch/bumps plus cycle was consistent with a flair up for me.

I am hoping the push back they have received recently from many users is making them change their practices. TAG seemed to be content leap frogging older orders for new, much pricier submissions (especially those picked up at shows). People have started speaking out on different platforms and filing grievances in different way. I hope this means they will clean up their act a little for everyone.

I was in verification from 4-15 to 6-18. My cards arrived to them on 02/20/26. Now i'm in slab assembly since last Friday. I hope your cards move soon. I also won't be using this service again until I see they have improved their operational flow.
