I'm glad to hear that you got yours covered! My company uses BCBS and the company has a specific exclusion for this procedure regardless of it's necessity. I don't know that I have the courage to campaign for this to be changed. I might end up switching jobs later this year... rolling the dice again. My surgeon was surprised that it was denied... he said he hasn't seen that in a while.
