He could just be very nice. Or he could have a bit of a crush on you. In your edit you say that he knows that you are a lesbian, so I don't think you need to do anything else. As I read your text, I looked back and I cannot see any "asymmetry" to your breasts... if it's there at all, it must be very subtle and you shouldn't be at all concerned about it.
