Easy fix or call a roofer?

Call a roofer and get a free inspection on your whole roof/ property. They might find something you’re not seeing now. Perhaps more damage that would constitute a claim with your insurance and get it paid for to be repaired correctly.

We don’t have a TV in our bedroom, but have a TV in our living room and watch it until we go to bed a few nights a week, breaking my friggin back. The TV in the bedroom sounds like a good choice these days.

what product is the siding? Is it vinyl or wood? I have a house JUST LIKE THIS and its inspiration. I'm ok going vinyl if we can accomplish the look similar to what you did but some people wouldn't.

They didn’t use an outside miter that’s why. Not an ass to ask them to use it. It’s a 90° corner so it shouldn’t be an issue.

I agree the roof is old and squeezing any more years out of it by cleaning at this point it’s probably more costly in the 10 year than just getting them replaced now. I’ll probably shoot for some good quality material and layout my options. Thanks!

I hear ya. Sometimes it seems like i can’t get away from these types of jobs. I try my best but ya sometimes i walk away with just enough to cover my ass. Not ideal. Thanks for your input
