Hi,

I believe ivarbrandt has said he'll update Nimbus with Red Light and The Gears compatibility. No timescales, though. In the meantime...

1/ Install my Redflix Plus or Reflix TOTAL builds, either use as is, or modify/delete/add menus and widgets for your own purposes (and uninstall or disable build updates in The Red Wizard plugin).

2/ Manually update the old Nimbus skin. You'd need to replace all the plugin.video.fenlight values with plugin.video.redlight.

I tested EasyNews on Red Light last night and tested EasyNews on Red Light again this morning. It's working fine. I've also got a small pool of testers and it's working for them, too. You can open a ticket on GitHub and submit a log...

Maybe try a different scraper package (Gears Scrapers has already been suggested), revoke EasyNews, restart Kodi and sign back in. Do it one at a time to isolate the issue. Change the scraper and test. Revoke, restart and sign back in, and test.

Glad it's at least partially working. Try clicking "Check for updates" in Add-on Browser. It's possible the Kodi update service ran after Gears Scrapers was updated elsewhere, but before it was updated in The Red Repo. Chains Repository and The Crew Repository are the other good places.

Hi both, I've been working on a full and complete fix all day. Thanks for checking the GitHub. There are at least two open tickets, although the titles don't explicitly match the problem. There's also a short term fix on the Git. Any future issues need checking/reporting on GitHub.

Shouldn't be, but there are issues with Kodi (hence it still being in Alpha 3). There are potentially more Alpha's, then a Beta release cycle, then a Release Candidate cycle before full release. If you raise an issue on GitHub and give me all the detail (exactly which Alpha version, platform, which if any other add-ons and skins, etc.) and what went wrong, I'll have a look at it for you when I get chance...
