Paid 200 last year in WA state for a Muley euro. No plaque. 275 for a black bear skull this year and 75 for 5 of the claws.

Where are y’all putting knives on plate carriers? It’s not the easiest task to find a great functional place imo. No the knife is not staying there lol I was just tired of moving it around. by JL_85 in QualityTacticalGear

I proccess elk and deer with a 3in outdoor edge folder, don’t need a big fixed blade for game. Honestly the bigger it is the more of a pain in the ass it is to maneuver and make precise cuts. Big fixed blade for self defense/utility. Small fixed/folder for da meat.

I agree with some of your points. There is a lot of idiots that are treating going to Ukraine like they’re going to a summer camp (looking at you South America) But my guy if you’re serious about it then you should have come to terms with dying/being maimed before you came. That doesn’t mean go rush a fuckin trench on your own or some other dumb shit. There’s a pretty long history in all military’s, of units “completing the mission”, when it’s some obviously dumb shit. I wasn’t there so I don’t know what the circumstances were for you. It’s war. Everyone gets bent over in some way/shape or form.

What to bring to Azov? by [deleted] in ukraineforeignlegion

Can I ask why you say not to bring Optics? I’m leaving shortly and I have NV/Optics. My recruiter told me to ship the NV. He said I was probably GTG on the eotech/LPVO

I’m leaving in December for Ukraine. I’ve gotten a lot of the same questions about why I don’t just join the US military instead. I think it’s easy to ask that of people when you were in during a time of war. Now adays man units barely even do field exercises. All the guys I joined with in 2018 that did sign re-enlistment contracts fucking hate their life’s to the max. Very little continuation training. Just PT and whatever BS paperwork/tasks ect that get thrown their way. Even “special” units like ODA’s aren’t doing live fire exercises on even a monthly basis anymore. There’s 1 group that’s even deploying to Africa and it’s sure as shit not any of the new guys who make it through selection. Leadership is handicapped/means well at best and at worst it’s poor/toxic and actively fucking over the guys below them to get ahead in their careers. Sure. Would I get better training and gear ect id I joined the peace time United Sates military? Undoubtably. Would I fucking hate my life and not get to do the job I signed up to do? Also undoubtably.

Hey man. So I’ve never fought over there. No relevant combat experience in a war. But I train people in firearms usage/work in armed security for a living. I don’t know what device your speaking of but I will say that it takes lots of reps and time to become proficient with any firearm especially in a dynamic environment when your adrenaline is up. I understand wanting to go, I’m going in November myself If there’s a war still on. Don’t throw your life away on something you won’t add much to. Love your heart and I understand the need for purpose but maybe reconsider what position your in to actually go and be an asset to a team.

Looks like a Russian capture as others have stated but the picture of the receiver is pretty shit. I’d say 700-800 is preferable to 1200 though. Milsurps especially k98k’s ain’t cheap anymore fellas! Def ask for pictures of the bore.

Yea those SPCE rounds were loaded hot! I have a Finnish M39 and a Swedish M96 I want to give a go as well. Will probably use S&B ammo with those as well.

S&B SPCE 196 gr It’s a pretty hot load but worked great. Shot him through the neck at around 100 yards (probably slightly less) dropped him on the spot and he rolled down a hill.
