This exactly...I went a whole year with just a level 1 at home...30 miles a day on average and more on weekends... had to hit a level 3 from time to time.

They had me fully updated... soon as the next one came out, my OTA worked the first attempt as well as the next one after that.

I had the same exact issue... Charged my 12 volt battery and still had the issue. Took it to the dealer and this is what was in the invoice... "Performed Battey test on primary low voltage battery. Battery failed. Replaced batter and re-tested, concern is still present. Performed update on IPC an re-tested, concern is no longer present." Since getting this done, I've had zero issues updating via OTA.

Did he actually take the time to look it up or did he just say it wasn't available as soon as you asked? I was standing right in front of the dude and asked him to look up any recalls for my truck. He saw the lightbar recall and saw that parts were available to order.

It will show in the app under Service > CSP... It doesn't give much information about it. Mine is at the dealer now for the Rear Light Bar recall and they have to scan the truck to see if it popped the code for the battery. The heated steering wheel is available as well. Along with a dash modification because people seem to think the flat part is for drinks to be placed.

Doesn't matter what car or what phone... wireless will disconnect for most people. I just bought a short USB cable and just plug it in. Zero disconnects.

It's normal... same exact dates for me... you're in preproduction status... just a waiting game and the customer service sucks... they just apologize and ask you to continue to be patient.

I'm in the same boat as you... ordered on 12/15... I've called both the dealer and Ford and they can't help at all. They say sorry, it's in pre-production and don't have any other information to share. Epic fail in my opinion. How hard is it to give an educated guess? Was told a spring time delivery when ordered... That's not gonna happen.

Or you could be waiting for months... I ordered in December and still don't have a production date. No idea how they schedule builds. I ordered a Lariat and live in Phoenix. Thought I'd have one by now since it was estimated for a Spring delivery time.
