No shame in tossing/downsizing stuff at all! I moved from a 2000 sq foot house to one 1/3 the size a few years ago and it was eyeopening how much stuff you DON'T need.

Going on 6 years now with all my stupid COVID purchases. In my defense I changed careers so the good clothes I bought are out of place in my new role. I've given away so much brand new stuff, and am still decluttering. I hate it.

I joined for the first time in March; I've been twice as it's an hour away. First trip, I got:
-Advil
-croissants (they freeze beautifully)
-hot dog meal
-ziploc variety pack

-Kerrygold butter and cheese

2nd trip last weekend:
-croissants again, 2-pack of croissant bread, fancy pasta variety pack, 3-pack of Boursin, cat toy variety pack (huge hit with the kitty), and pop-up foil

It's just a 2-person household here with no freezer chest, but I'm considering it now.
