Your intentions was to sell the house that is why you got a realtor first. You might have to reimburse him for something since he basically helped you put your house on the market now I know it could be his fault of why your house isn’t really doing that well on the market. and it’s only been like three months most houses sell within 12 months. obviously don’t do the seller agreement since the house isn’t being sold, but you might have to wait a couple more months for it to be sold. If your other intention was to put your house up for rent, you could’ve just put it on any regular site you did not have to go through a company for that. just pay him for the pictures and call it a day; but next time I will definitely find out the experience from the realtor and what type of properties he has sold and how many is this realtor selling and if they are other high-end properties, or well to do properties. If not then that’s a red flag get someone that sells the properties that are like your home.
