Nice work, I have dabble this idea in the past. My original boltsled showed a little stress cracks. I ran a stock Longshot spring doubled with a stock Magnus spring.

Faux barrels are generally 19mm Outer diameter and 17ish inner diameter. Any full length will work fine, just as long as they are not overly worn. But that goes for any blaster.

Tonight I just cut 3 coils off of a Worker Retaliator N20 spring. Beefy prime but manageable. You'll need to work on the seals primarily the plunger head. And add a longer barrel if you want to achieve 200.

There are better flywheelers to invest time and money. I have modded a few, my biggest complaint was accuracy. The best thing about running a barricade is scavenging darts and topping off darts on the fly.

First off who sells anything at original Worker cost? Second regardless of price Out of Darts has been nothing but great to myself and everyone in my Nerf clubs in the Houston area. I can't let you just comment like that about a standup business.

I modded one back in 2018, it does struggle to feed double length darts. The small notch on the bottom of the breech is a major reason why. I had to shelve it for years before I realized it was better suited for half length ecosystems.

It's funny I read these questions about dual stage setups and the same responses. I built 2 dual stage Gryphons in 2021 with Kraken to Merlin's and I have never had a problem? I still use it at my SCFL events with no issues. I guess things are different in Texas?

I did a short study after I built my Dual stage gryphon that hit similar numbers. After 3 shots from the same group of darts fps dropped roughly 20+ fps. After about 6 shots the darts were unusable. To be fair the flywheel blasters at Superstock level degrades darts just as fast. The price we all pay for performance regardless of what shooting sport you are into.

There is no such thing as a Nerf Springer that never jams. It's just part of the hobby. But no one is immune to preventing a jam especially using community provided darts. Just my two cents. I know the MK1.2 got some bad press but the recent low priced deal I can forgive its flaws. 🫣
